Congregation exiting the First Congregational Church at the corner of North Main Street and Lorain Street, Oberlin, Ohio, ca. 1904. College chapel services were held in the First Congregational Church after the Old College Chapel burned in 1903 and before Finney Memorial Chapel was completed in 1908.

View of "Co-ed walk" on Tappan Square looking west towards Peters Hall, ca. 1880s-1890s . The walk, consisting of parallel walkways segregated by sex, connected Peters Hall (1885) to the Spear Library-Laboratory (1885) and Main Street. It was designated "Tappan Walk" by faculty vote in 1887. The walk was removed by 1899.
