Description	This document is a handwritten transcript of a speech delivered by President Dikrat, welcoming the Commission and commending its commitment to justice and freedom. President Dikrat also commends his compatriots from all religious and ethnic backgrounds for making the reconstruction of the homeland a priority, and for voicing out their demands to the Commission. Dikrat leaves a blank space for the ragha’ib (wishes) but does not list any of them (perhaps he mentioned them orally in the speech).
